Manchester City Council is seeking a proactive Information, Delivery and Support Officer to join our team in Greater Manchester. You will deliver high-quality customer service, support planning, building control, licensing and related ICT systems, and help monitor performance and compliance.

Ideally you’ll have experience of using ICT systems to improve performance and efficiency, and also skills to be able to extract information to report and monitor on performance and statutory returns to government
