As our Technical Support Manager for Wales, you'll play a vital role in delivering added value services to our clients. Collaborating with the whole WPA team, this is a fantastic opportunity to add real value to our work through being responsible for the successful delivery of technical added value support services for Wales.

This is a field-based role requiring the successful candidate to have experience in dealing with people in person, building and maintaining professional relationships within a highly customer-focused team. The candidate should have knowledge of regulated procurement of goods/services relating to the Public Sector, experience managing building/construction projects from site feasibility through to completion, and understanding of construction and project management techniques. Experience in using CRM systems or similar databases is also required.

A knowledge of the social housing and local authority sectors within Wales is highly desirable.
