As the Technical Support Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering added value services to our clients. Collaborating with the whole LSE team, this is a fantastic opportunity to add real value to our work through being responsible for the successful delivery of technical added value support services across the region.
The successful candidate will bring skills and experience in dealing with people in person, building and maintaining professional relationships within a highly customer-focused team. Knowledge of regulated procurement of goods/services relating to the Public Sector, experience managing building/construction projects from site feasibility to building completion, understanding of construction and project management techniques, and experience using CRM systems or similar databases are essential.
Knowledge of the social housing and local authority sectors within England is highly desirable.
