We are seeking a Technical Manager (Construction/Building Surveying) for a non-profit organization based in Leicestershire. The role offers a salary of £49,000 plus car allowance, excellent pension, hybrid working, a great work-life balance, and 44 days holiday.

The ideal candidate currently works in a technical role within the construction industry, such as a building surveyor, asset manager, or construction project manager, preferably with experience in the public sector or housing associations.
