The Role


As a Technical Support Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting our school partners and ensuring they get the most from our platform. You'll build bespoke tracking systems, respond to queries, train users, and contribute ideas to improve the overall user experience. This is a varied role with room to grow, perfect for someone analytical, collaborative, and passionate about education.

Requirements

Responsibilities and tasks:
  • Build and customise data tracking systems for schools
  • Working with our educational consultants to build bespoke tracking systems
  • Support school staff through email, video, and live training sessions
  • Contribute to UX and feature improvements with the product team
  • Create how-to guides and training content
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Intercom, and Monday (training provided)
What we’re looking for:
  • Confident with data, systems, and solving problems
  • Clear and friendly communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, share ideas, and take ownership
  • Passion for improving education through technology
  • Salary Range £24,501- £27,000 (depending on experience)
  • Mentoring from leaders with education and business experience
