A leading utility-scale solar services company is searching for a Technical Support Engineer to oversee the O&M of over 100 solar sites across Europe. In this remote role with occasional site visits, you'll collaborate with field teams and senior engineering leadership to enhance operational efficiency and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
TSP is partnered with a leading utility scale solar services business looking to grow its O&M technical function.
This business covers the the whole of Europe & is responsible for over 2GW of operating solar assets. In the UK alone it is responsible for the operation and maintenance of close to 800MW of solar assets across roughy 100 sites.
This business is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be the backbone of the O&M function. You would be directly overseeing the O&M of over 100 sites, working closely with the ground teams to troubleshoot & resolve complex performance issues as quickly and effectively as possible. If there is a problem out in the field that the field service engineers cant fix, they will report it to the Technical Support Engineer for more in-depth troubleshooting.
This is a new function in the business. Due to this you would be working with the senior engineering leadership to onboard new sites and build out SOPs to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of these projects.
This is an ideal role for someone who is in a similar role & looking to increase their portfolio size, or a skilled & experienced O&M engineer looking to step away from the tools.

This role is remote with roughly 15% travel to site, or to head office.
