Technical Support Engineer – Drainage Systems

The role of the Technical Support Engineer – Drainage Systems will involve providing technical support for a range of drainage pump solutions, including service and installation. The ideal candidate will provide technical advice and product solutions to M&E contractors and consultants across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, from enquiry to order completion
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure client needs are met
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

The ideal applicant will have:

• Technical, estimating or engineering experience within the pumps, heating, ventilation, wastewater, sewage, mechanical or related market sector
• An engineering qualification (desirable)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work within a team and individually
• Confident and articulate demeanor
