Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - Drainage Systems

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Remuneration: £32,000 - £35,000 + £2,000 bonus

The Role

The role of the Technical Support Engineer - Drainage Systems will involve:

• Technical Support Engineer position dealing with the service and installation for a range of drainage pump solutions
• Provide technical advice and product solutions to M&E contractors and consultants across multiple sectors
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, from enquiry to order completion
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure client needs are met
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer - Drainage Systems with:

• Must have technical, estimating or engineering experience within the pumps, heating, ventilation, wastewater, sewage, mechanical or related market sector
• Ideally will have an engineering qualification
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Able to work within a team and individually
• Confident and articulate
