The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our customers with CNC machine installations and software-related troubleshooting. This hybrid role combines remote technical assistance with on-site support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for CNC machine installations, including initial setup and configuration.
  2. Diagnose and resolve software issues related to machine operation and control systems.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address complex technical challenges.
  4. Conduct on-site visits when necessary to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
  5. Offer training and guidance to customers on CNC machine operation and maintenance.
  6. Document all support activities, including issue resolution and service reports.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in technical support, ideally within the CNC or manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and related software.
  3. Ability to diagnose software issues.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Willingness to travel when on-site support is required.
