Technical Support Engineer – IP CCTV & Video Surveillance
Salary: Up to £36,000 + bonus, company benefits

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our clients and internal teams by providing technical expertise, delivering product demos, and offering comprehensive training and troubleshooting support.
This role bridges the gap between complex technical solutions and practical applications, acting as a key contact for both pre- and post-sales technical support.
Skills and Experience Required
* Experience in a similar technical support role, ideally within CCTV, video surveillance, or similar.
* Strong working knowledge of IP CCTV and integrated security systems.
* Experience with network configuration and diagnostic tools.
* Able to adapt technical content for customers with varying levels of technical knowledge
* Confident in delivering presentations, both in-person and online
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and effective team player.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide up-to-date product knowledge and training to the sales team and clients at all levels
* Review and test products
* Provide technical documentation and support materials for effective sales and customer assistance.
* Analyze customer support data to proactively identify and report technical issues.
* Act as the first line of support for all product-related queries, liaising with research & development and head office team as necessary.
* Support internal communications and produce documentation to aid technical knowledge transfer.
* Carry out compelling product demonstrations, showcasing installation and configuration
