Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Staffordshire

Pay rate: From GBP 26,000 per annum (DOE)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full Time (Hybrid working available)

About The Role
  • Be the go-to person for all internal IT and tech-related issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network faults
  • Collaborate with external IT partners for complex problems
  • Manage IT inventory and maintain systems and equipment across teams
  • Support GDPR compliance and assist with Cyber Essentials accreditation
  • Contribute to system and process improvements and explore new tech solutions
  • Coordinate with suppliers and support automation/CRM projects
  • Maintain a safe and organized communications room and support the Collect system

  • Experienced in IT support, with solid knowledge of hardware and software setups
