Technical Support Engineer x3 - London, Manchester, Scotland

I am working with an industry leader of HVAC-R products who are looking for new Technical Support Engineers in and around London, Manchester & Scotland. Please see details

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out on-site technical services on the entire range of products
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive site reports promptly, adhering to company SLAs.
  • Conduct testing of warranty returned components and systems, compile internal/external reports and maintain internal databases.
  • Inspect and repair graded units, compile reports and maintain internal databases.
  • Provide Branches and external customers with technical support, communicating via email, phone or face-to-face as required.
  • Attend site when required to resolve warranty disputes.
  • Always adhere to health and safety protocols while performing duties and assist in developing and maintaining risk assessments and method statements as required.
  • Support sales and admin colleagues by handling telephone orders and enquiries and effectively communicating details for the sales order processing system.
  • Promote product sales and services when possible, such as promoting site services to offer efficient resolutions to customer queries.
  • Maintain familiarity with new and present partner products, including attending training courses when required.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
