Location: Carlisle Glass Plant, 400 Park Drive, Carlisle, PA 17015, United States
Salary Range: $62,000 annual gross (compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skills)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
- Support, customer service, or similar role experience
- Knowledge of ticketing systems
- Understanding of IT hardware, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive), Windows 7/10/11
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for hardware, mobile devices, and networking
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up or replacing workstations and document tasks or tickets
- Provide Level I technical support to onsite and remote users, focusing on excellent customer service
- Manage tickets through the IT helpdesk system: triage, process, communicate, escalate, and resolve
- Coordinate hardware repairs or replacements with vendors
- Manage user accounts and data in Active Directory
- Set up and configure new Windows desktops/laptops and mobile devices for new hires
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting for workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install and support enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
- Participate in meetings, projects, and tasks assigned by IT management

Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year
