Job summary

SER Limited in Crewe is seeking a Hosted Technical Support Agent to join the customer support team. You will handle telecoms and hosted platforms, monitor tickets, and help ensure go-lives run smoothly.

Experience with Yeastar, Gamma Horizon and Webbex Hosted, plus solid connectivity knowledge, is required. This office-based role offers £29k, a bonus up to £3600, and 22 days holiday.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage tickets and ensure timely responses.

Office Based - Crewe

We are looking for a member for our Hosted Customer Support Team. The main duties of this role will be:

• Working within a team of 6 agents
• Managing workflow
• Monitoring tickets to ensure all have been responded to in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring go-lives go smoothly
• Helping and supporting customer with any technical support questions
• Assisting with any billing/complaint queries
• Experience Required:

• Experience working on telecoms systems including - Yeastar, Gamma Horizon and Webbex Hosted platforms
• Knowledge around connectivity
• Experience in a customer support based role.
