Job Opportunity: Wealth Adviser

No client bank required,

Full Administration Team support

Full Paraplanning Team support

Salary range: (£29,848-£32,578) plus £5,000 to £10,000 (uncapped bonuses).

A vacancy has arisen in a well-established and successful firm of independent wealth advisers and niche discretionary fund managers. We are seeking someone with experience in a regulated IFA/restricted adviser environment who is eager to progress to a client-facing Adviser role.

Our client focuses on holistic financial planning, including Financial Planning Reports and integrated client reviews throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will be professional, enthusiastic, client-focused, and possess great integrity. They should be capable of simplifying solutions for clients to maintain engagement.

This role offers a hybrid working style, with opportunities to use our offices for client meetings. Building strong relationships with clients and aligning with Inspire strategies, values, and Investment Committees are key to helping clients achieve their goals and lifestyle. We provide regular leads and appointments, supporting a targeted minimum of 10% annual growth in business and remuneration.

As part of your development, you will work closely with the Managing Director to acquire the skills necessary to become a successful Wealth Adviser.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining and growing a client bank.
  2. Engaging in further development and training to become a Wealth Adviser.
Skills:
  1. Working towards Level 4 Diploma with ideally 3xRO exams passed.
  2. Experience in an FCA regulated environment.
  3. Ability to grow a client bank.
