About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to progress within a well-established and respected organisation, working on a prestigious, challenging yet rewarding account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the technical and engineering teams
  • Manage and maintain PPM schedules, compliance records, and service documentation
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services
  • Assist with raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and general procurement tasks
  • Use CAFM systems to manage and update maintenance activities and reporting
  • Support project handovers, contract mobilisation, and audit preparation
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar technical or FM administration role
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems (Corrigo)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements within Facilities Management (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
