Job summary

Morgan Advanced Materials in Corby is seeking a hands-on Technical Supervisor to support our injection moulding operation and ensure tooling is maintained, organised, and production-ready.

You will supervise tooling, carry out minor repairs, manage records and die store, and train production teams in tool-setting and operation, contributing to improvements in reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with tooling processes and machine operation.
• Good understanding of health & safety and manufacturing best practices.
• Strong organisational skills with experience maintaining records/databases.
• Competent IT skills, including Excel.
