Job Title: Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Supervisor to oversee our engineering team, ensuring safe and profitable project delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the engineering team to ensure safety and profitability.
2. Conduct technical and safety visits with OCS Engineers to ensure contract compliance.
3. Attend monthly meetings and report to the site-based Contract Engineering Manager.
4. Support the welfare and performance of the engineering team.
5. Cover areas when other staff are unavailable.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement within the technical services division at OCS.
7. Assist the Technical Manager in enhancing process efficiency and service delivery on contracts.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in managing, team leading, or supervising small works projects.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, efficient, helpful, and professional at all times.
• HNC in an engineering discipline.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
• Experience at a supervisory level within a similar role.
• Right to work in the UK.
