Technical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical services on site.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, driving self-performance and service excellence.
  • Oversee planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure high standards of work.
  • Champion continuous improvement and maintenance excellence.
  • Support budget management and provide quotations for small project works.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding scope and services.
  • Provide hands-on support during emergencies or staff absences.

  • Strong engineering background with practical maintenance experience.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
