Job summary

A leading provider in fresh and frozen produce is seeking a Technical Supervisor for their Boston site. You will be responsible for directing the QA team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining food safety standards. This role offers a competitive salary based on your experience, with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and direct the QA team.
• Manage and develop the QA team, including training.
• Ensure sufficient personnel to meet operational and seasonal requirements.
• Collate and interpret micro results to measure food safety standards.
• Report on factory technical status and issues of non-compliance.
• Action daily checks.
• Ensure documented work instructions are adhered to.
• Collate and file paperwork appropriately and methodically.
• Support the goods-in department.
• Prepare KPIs to include GMP score, RAG %, HPT amount.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the Quality Manager.

Due to their increasing growth, development and demand they are currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor for their Boston site.

Shifts

• Monday – Friday

• Rotating 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am

Duties Will Include
