Job description

Responsible to the Fleet Manager, the Technical Superintendent is responsible for managing the technical operation of their assigned vessels.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

• Qualified Chief Engineer or 1st/2nd Engineer Unlimited (considering seafarers looking to move ashore)
• Previous experience in a marine technical department, basic finance, and budgets is desirable.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) and oral and written skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and be open to working in a dynamic environment.
• Good interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels and develop creative and effective solutions to problems.
