The team
Our Tech Talent team hires software engineers, data scientists, and product professionals with a data-driven, objective approach that prioritises quality, fairness, and consistency in our recruitment processes. We use systems like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Welcome to the Jungle (Otta) for hiring, and harness our hiring data to share insights that support informed decision-making. The team encourages innovation and experiments with technologies like Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Models (LLMs) to work more effectively.
The role
This role focuses on hiring for our Tech, Analytics, and Product (TAP) department. You'll help secure the talent behind iwoca's data-intensive systems;

The salary
We expect to pay from £50,000 - £70,000 for this role. But, we're open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
