About the role:

Join our vibrant Field Department, comprised of over 60 team members, overseeing a vast network of 500+ interviewers across the UK. As a Technical Specialist, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining systems that enhance departmental efficiency and automation. You will serve as a vital link between our Field Department and Technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution by creating performance reports and collaborating with the Software Development team to refine our Field Management System.
