As a Technical Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive vehicle and equipment support as part of our long-standing 21-year partnership with the London Fire Brigade. From maintenance to servicing, you'll help ensure operational readiness across the fleet.
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for servicing and rectifying defects across the London Fire Brigade fleet, ensuring vehicles remain operational and emergency-ready. This includes working on advanced equipment such as 32-metre and 64-metre aerial platforms, servicing fire pumps, and maintaining the UK’s pioneering Electric Fire Engine. This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Ruislip. Hours of work will typically be 06:00-14:30 and 13:00-22:00 Monday to Friday. Flexible shift patterns are available to accommodate individuals.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
