Join Paradigm Talent, a founder-led talent consultancy building world-class teams in AI, software engineering, and deep tech. We work directly with startups and scale-ups at the cutting edge, think founding engineers, ML researchers, and AI scientists.

We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to partner closely with the founder (that’s me!) to identify, engage, and deliver top-tier talent across software, ML, and AI. You’ll be hands-on with sourcing, market mapping, and building highly curated pipelines of exceptional candidates.

What you’ll do:

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing across software engineering, ML, and AI
• Write thoughtful outreach and engage high-calibre candidates
• Research companies, communities, and talent networks
• Collaborate on search strategy, reporting, and candidate quality

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sourcing experience in tech (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Strong understanding of software engineering and/or AI/ML domains
• Sharp research skills and a nose for talent
• Crisp communicator with high attention to detail
