Job Title: Technical Services Support Engineer/Supervisor
Location: Manchester
Salary: Negotiable, van and fuel card included. Overtime rates available.
Contract: Permanent.

Our client is a leading multi-technical services company with over 30 years of experience, offering high-quality services to a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, education, retail, and more. They specialise in electrical installation, design, maintenance, and commissioning for both industrial and commercial clients.

Role Overview:
The Technical Services Support Supervisor plays a crucial role ensuring the operations management and compliance of building and engineering services. This role is working alongside the Technical Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementation of change to improve service and operational quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction with the Technical Services Manager.
  • Ensure customer-focused service delivery and contractual and procedural compliance.
  • Maintain a high level of Mechanical / Electrical / Support to our Engineering Team and Clients.
  • Ensure up-to-date accurate asset management and support to the Technical Service Manager in complying with contract requirements.
  • Support the Technical Services Manager as required.
  • Participate in RP/AP roles as required by the contracts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified to City & Guilds, NVQ or HNC equivalent qualification.
  • A Facilities Management or Energy (Zero Carbon) background.
  • Experience delivering a major change project or programme or equivalent experience.
