A leading facilities services provider is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the technical services delivery for an international account across Europe. The successful candidate will ensure high client satisfaction and manage service delivery teams, as well as implement best practices and engineering technology systems. Ideal candidates should possess a Chartered Engineer qualification and have solid experience in Asset Management and technical services delivery.

Main purpose of the position / Key expectations:
The Technical Services Manager will assume the lead role in technical services delivery to a new international account within manufacturing, supporting the customer across the portfolio in 4 European countries. Theywill ensure a one team IFS culture is developed and ensure ISS values and behaviours are demonstrated at all times both internal to ISS and with the client interfaces.
