I am on the hunt for Technical Services Managers – ideally with experience within a fit-out main contractor - to join these diverse teams and make a significant contribution to the future success of their projects and their businesses.

These roles should be relatively straightforward for the right person.

Utilising their in-depth knowledge of technical design, the Technical Services Managers will support management teams and coordinate all M&E activity within designated programmes.

The TSM will manage the quality of installations, oversee overall progress, run technical workshops and meetings, handle submittals, drawing approvals, RFIs, and manage regulatory approvals. They will also oversee relationships with consultants and subcontractors.
