Are you ready to take on a pivotal role where innovation meets operational excellence? We’re seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead and deliver exceptional maintenance and project-related services at our client’s headquarters. This is a standalone role, but you’ll be supported by a regional technical team to help you make an impact.

What You’ll Do
  1. Deliver Excellence: Ensure seamless technical service delivery, managing statutory compliance, KPIs, and SLAs while driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
  2. Lead & Inspire: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  3. Client Collaboration: Manage client relationships with transparency and alignment, attending meetings, offering expert advice, and identifying growth opportunities.
  4. Project Ownership: Oversee reactive maintenance, contractor management, and project work – from surveys to budgeting – ensuring quality and compliance at every step.
  5. Innovate & Optimize: Leverage IoT and advanced building systems to enhance service delivery and streamline operations.
What You’ll Bring
  1. Technical Expertise: Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services with a solid track record in managing technical services and delivering projects in compliance with PDSM regulations.
  2. Safety First: H&S qualified (IOSH/NEBOSH) with a focus on maintaining safe and compliant practices across all activities.
  3. Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams, drive performance, and manage change in dynamic environments.
  4. Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude with strong decision-making skills and a customer-focused approach.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CAFM systems, MS Office, and modern smart office technologies with an eye for innovation.
