Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Services / Engineering / M&E Manager within commercial property or mixed-use estates.
• Strong compliance knowledge (H&S, statutory, building regs).
• Excellent client-facing and contractor-management skills.
• M&E qualification (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent hands-on background preferred.
• Ability to lead on budgeting and service-charge management.

About the Role:

We're recruiting a Technical Services Manager to oversee a mixed commercial & residential portfolio on behalf of a well-known managing agent/landlord.

You'll be the key point of contact for all M&E / hard-services delivery, ensuring statutory compliance, safety, and high-quality service across a busy multi-site estate.
