Job summary

Tribuild is seeking a Technical Services Manager for a 20m retrofit project in Reading. You will oversee the building services elements, coordinating MEP design, installation, commissioning and handover.

The successful candidate will work with the broader construction and design teams to ensure services are fully coordinated and delivered on time and to quality standards. A strong MEP background and experience delivering commercial refurbishment or retrofit projects is required.

Qualifications

• Strong MEP knowledge and experience in retrofit projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors in commercial refurbishment.
• Ability to deliver projects to programme and quality standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider construction and design teams to ensure services are fully coordinated and delivered in line with programme and quality requirements.

We're looking for candidates with strong MEP knowledge and previous experience delivering commercial refurbishment, retrofit or fit-out projects.

Salary: 75k- 90k, dependent on experience.
