Job Description

Position: Technical Services Manager

Location: NN1 Northampton, Remotely based role

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 starting salary + Bonus scheme + Car + 25 days Holiday + fuel card, laptop, phone, expenses.

Working for a market leading commercial roofing business, this brand new role was created due to growth and to help manage an extremely strong order book. Ideally, you will come from a roofing or construction background and have a good technical appreciation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage site-based activity within the South of England.
  2. Carry out site surveys and manage contractors.
  3. Conduct health & safety risk assessments.
  4. Be responsible for visiting multiple sites across the South of England.

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a Regional Specification Manager, Technical Services Manager, Project Manager, Site Service Manager, or similar.
  2. A background within the construction industry; roofing experience is highly beneficial.
  3. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
  4. Proactive and self-driven; ability to plan your own schedule.
  5. Strong communication skills as you will be the face of the business while visiting project sites.
