If you're nodding along, then this role of Technical Services Manager might be your next career move. They believe that empowered teams are the secret sauce for success, and they're looking for a captain who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Let's get into specifics. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include the responsibility for:

  1. Technical standards
  2. Managing customer specifications
  3. Raw materials management
  4. Internal audits
  5. Customer complaints

You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Quality Manager, Quality Manager, and Senior NPD Developers, ensuring that every customer standard is not only met but exceeded.

In terms of people leadership, you're not just a manager - you're a motivator, an inspirer. Your team will look to you for guidance, and you'll have the chance to empower them, building their confidence to make decisions and improve operations. You'll need to love nurturing talent, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Their products? They're firm favourites across the country, proudly sitting on the shelves of key major retailers. They've also worked shoulder to shoulder with the biggest brands in the industry. Let's just say your impact will be felt far and wide.

In terms of compensation, they're offering an enticing £40,000 per annum salary, along with an annual leave entitlement of 33 days. Not to mention, you'll be dividing your time across two eye-pleasing sites located right next to each other.

One important note: this role will be 100% site-based in the first year. This is a new role to the business, so it's crucial that you're on the ground, building solid relationships and establishing the role. They're looking to review this after a year, but they can't guarantee that remote working will be approved.

So, if you want to drive continuous improvement, love the challenge of creating real impact within a business, and have a knack for leading a team to greatness, get in touch today and let's explore this opportunity further.
