My client is looking for a Technical Service Manager who can run the MEP delivery on £10m – £20m projects with good experience on projects of this size. You will primarily work on one large project and occasionally oversee and visit a much smaller project.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous involvement in a comparable position within the fit-out or construction sector.
Familiarity with building codes and regulatory standards.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management and overseeing subcontractors and suppliers.
Adept in utilizing project management and design software.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Capable of thriving in a dynamic setting and effectively handling multiple responsibilities.
