Job Title: Technical Services Manager

Location: Central London (based between clients' offices in Islington and on-site projects)

Project Details: Working on two high-end £10m apartments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical services support across all project phases, from pre-tender to testing, commissioning, demonstrations, handovers, and practical completion.
• Lead by example and take full ownership of the MEP packages.
• Work closely with the Project/Contracts Manager and the Senior Technical Services Manager.
