Technical Services Manager

Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services.

As a Technical Services Manager you'll:

Lead the delivery of all technical services, ensuring compliance with statutory, contractual, and client requirements.
Manage and develop a team of technical staff, providing coaching, support, and performance management.
Oversee specialist contractors across electrical, mechanical, BMS, fabric, and HVAC disciplines.
Manage PPMs, reactive works, and client project works from survey to completion.
Drive innovation, process improvements, and continuous service enhancements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and added value.

What we're looking for:

Professionally qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
5+ years’ experience in a corporate office environment.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualified with strong H&S knowledge.
Proven leadership and contractor management experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
Experienced in complex HVAC systems, Hybrid VRF systems, and modern smart office systems.
Skilled in Legionella and Water Quality Management.
Knowledge of Asset Management.
Holds Authorised Person certification.
Certified in Risk Assessment.
