About your role

• Work closely with the FM Partner to ensure deliverance of technical responsibilities
• Develop the contract lifecycle plan
• Asset management
• Commercial management
• Manage contractual compliance from a technical standpoint across the contract
• Review, manage and control technical processes
• Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
• Working to increase the performance of the contract across all technical area

About you

• Technically qualified in electrical, mechanical or air conditioning engineering - Ideally at HNC, equivalent or above
• Experience of managing critical contracts - within the healthcare sector
• Commercially astute
• Accustomed to being the lead Technical contact on a contract - Electrically or Mechanically
• Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
• Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
• Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

This role is based on site in Manchester
