Job summary

Trevett Project Services is seeking an M&E qualified Technical Services Manager for an iconic site in Wembley, North West London. You will bring extensive facilities management experience and provide technical leadership and operational management for the site's engineering functions.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a large engineering team, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring high standards of reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the site’s M&E systems and facilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the engineering function.

• Lead and develop the engineering team to meet performance targets.

A new M&E qualified Technical Services Manager vacancy has come about at an iconic site in the heart of Wembley in North West London.

Experience of Facilities Management is essential. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and operational management.

This is a role for a highly technically competent TSM who is adept at dealing with multiple stakeholders and able to manage complex engineering teams.

A long running contract which has recently been extended.

Additional training on offer if required.

Extensive engineering team with lots of support available.
