Outstanding opportunity for a skilled Technical Services Manager to join a financially secure, chilled food manufacturer in growth.

Supplying every major retailer and many B2B food manufacturers with an ever-increasing array of chilled products across three factories, already gives you an idea of the size and scope of this role. This well-invested business is financially secure, well invested, and growing, with scope for further expansion on a large site.

You’ll be working with some of the best; an experienced team of raw materials and specification technicians, who are adaptable to the changing needs of the business. As this business is going through significant growth, we’re looking for someone who will keep pace, bringing influential leadership, along with extensive knowledge of raw materials and packaging and the development of technical system procedures. Auditing is key to any manufacturing business and this role is no exception. You will be a central player in ensuring that successful audits are achieved through excellent team relations.

Intuitive and supportive, we’re looking for a people person. We will enjoy hearing about examples of how you have influenced your teams and wider stakeholders in previous roles. Working with functional managers, you’ll help to develop training programmes for all departments in technical procedures.

Working closely with NPD and Process is also a key part of this role. You will understand the technical requirements in the concept-to-launch process in getting products onto the shelves.
