Technical Services Manager

Up to £75,000 + package

Working with an exceptional sustainability Manufacturer going through rapid growth, we are in search for a Technical Services Manager to join their team!

This role will primarily focus on managing production, facilities, and maintenance. You will also be a representative in all building related projects and production related machinery installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) leadership to improve processes, equipment, staff awareness and training.
2. Devise suitable KPIs and reports to ensure that performance is tracked and improved.
3. Ensure that the Engineering team have the necessary training, competence, knowledge and both technical and leadership skills in order to achieve KPI targets.
4. Contribute to CI focused projects.

Requirements:

1. Manufacturing/Automation experience.
2. Hands-on maintenance experience (electrical background).
3. Health and safety knowledge.
4. Eagerness to grow and develop.
