Your new company
Our client is a leading FM Service Provider with contracts of varying sizes across the UK and internationally. They are hiring a Technical Services Manager for a newly-created role, to deliver technical maintenance services to an established client site in Crawley. This is a large, mixed-use site with critical infrastructure.
Your new role
As Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for hard services delivery to a large commercial site. You will manage a small team of engineers on-site and ensure operational and contractual commitments are met and exceeded safely, compliantly, diligently, and cost-effectively. Key duties include:

• Leading all aspects of hard services delivery - reactive maintenance, PPMs, critical systems, asset reviews, and more.
• Line management of the on-site engineering team.
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders of varying technical expertise.
• Providing first-line technical support for the site.
• Ensuring H&S and compliance standards are maintained.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you should have relevant experience in hard services delivery for large commercial sites with critical infrastructure, along with:

• Strong multi-disciplinary technical knowledge (electrical and mechanical).
