They're now looking for a forward-thinking and ambitious Assistant Technical Services Manager or Technical Services Manager to join their team. This role offers a clear pathway to promotion within 18 months and close mentorship from an experienced leader in the business. With two senior members of the team set to retire in the coming years, this is a unique opportunity for long-term progression and real influence.

What you'll be doing:

• Working across several commercial projects, supporting from preconstruction through to delivery
• Getting exposure to client-facing responsibilities, including client entertaining
• Developing under a strong mentor and with access to the leadership team, including the CEO
• Helping shape and deliver top-tier projects with a professional and sensible approach

What they're looking for:

• A mechanically biased background (either from a subcontractor, main contractor or fit out firm)
• Experience in commercial projects; CAT A/B or refurbishment schemes ideal, but not essential
