Job Title: Technical Services Coordinator

Salary: £17.03 per hour PAYE

Hours: 35

Role length: 2 month opening assignment

Job type: Mobile based – company van provided

Contract Type: Temporary

The role:

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Coordinator on a mobile basis to support a busy Facilities function across the estate. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in property maintenance and building compliance looking for short-term work within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out minor fabric repairs, PPMs (incl. PAT testing, water testing), and basic technical maintenance
  2. Conduct regular building inspections to maintain presentation and compliance standards
  3. Assist with portering duties, fire marshalling, first aid, and general FM activities
  4. Work closely with the helpdesk and escalate out-of-scope works when necessary
  5. Ensure compliance, upkeep and appearance of multiple properties in line with Peabody standards
What the client is looking for:
  1. Full UK driving licence (essential)
  2. Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar mobile role
  3. Good understanding of H&S regulations (e.g. fire safety, legionella, asbestos)
  4. Strong customer service and communication skills
  5. IOSH Managing Safely and statutory compliance training desirable
