Job summary

Niterra UK Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Technical Services Assistant Manager to lead the Technical Services Team. You will coordinate technical product support for the UK Aftermarket and drive performance across the department.

You will manage range reviews, analyse data, maintain KPI tracking, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. A strong background in automotive aftermarket products and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive aftermarket product experience at technician/workshop/parts supplier level.
• Experience with range and product management processes including databases.
• Familiar with ignition/electronic vehicle systems and products.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Experience interpreting and analysing data for insights.
• Excellent attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organised, able to manage own and team workload to deadlines.
• Keeps abreast of product, technical and market knowledge.
• Familiarity with Quality Control / Warranty procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing leadership and coordination of the Technical Services Department for UK Aftermarket support.
• Serve as focal point for technical product support to stakeholders via appropriate media.
• Lead range reviews to optimise parc coverage; coordinate with RHQ Cat Man teams.
• Compile and monitor KPIs to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Ignite strong working relationships within Niterra UK/EMEA and with third-party data agents.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
