We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic, experienced Technical Services Analyst to work on-site at a client location. Our successful candidate will have a history of customer service experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Complete the installation, calibration, and testing of IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Monitor system operations to detect potential problems.
  • Perform basic system and software integration and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Support technical rehearsals for IT projects.
  • Use the operating system (Windows 7 and up) to perform tasks such as adding and removing users.
  • Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Deliver services that create positive, memorable experiences for end-users.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Hands-on technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Background in desktop support with input and output devices and process experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and software applications is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • 3+ years experience with a B2B service provider is a plus.
  • Professional certifications such as ITF+, A+, N+, S+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.

Prerequisite:

The company will not provide a vehicle. Employees are expected to have a reliable vehicle at all times.
