Are you looking for a dynamic role? Do you have excellent leadership and people management skills, with a keen eye for detail?

We are seeking a Technical Services Team Leader to join our busy Manchester branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your responsibilities will include leading the Technical Service and Service Administration teams to ensure optimal workshop utilization, efficient invoicing of workshop sales, and maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. You will also support the Service Manager in achieving branch targets.

We prefer candidates who are flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a face-to-face environment. Technical knowledge or administrative experience in customer service is desirable.
