Are you a technical expert with a passion for innovation and customer success?

MCC is launching a dynamic new team of EMEA Technical Service Representatives (TSRs) to align our technical capabilities with our commercial strategy. As a TSR, you’ll be the trusted technical partner for some of the world’s most iconic brands—Heineken, P&G, Unilever, and more.

What You’ll Do

1. Be the Expert: Act as the go-to technical contact for key accounts across EMEA, providing on-site and remote support to optimize performance and ensure satisfaction.
2. Lead Product Introductions: Manage technical onboarding and qualification for new products, coordinating across production, sales, and R&D to ensure seamless integration.
3. Drive Innovation: Identify customer needs and market trends to help shape the future of labeling—developing new materials, adhesives, and printing techniques.
4. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with R&D, engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to deliver holistic solutions and exceed customer expectations.
5. Inspire Confidence: Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring internal teams and guiding customers through complex technical challenges.

1. Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of print industry processes and product development.
2. Leadership & Agility: Proven project management skills with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
