Eastern Metal Framing seeks a motivated, dynamic professional to work as our Technical Services Manager for our building products businesses.

Responsibilities:

· Provide expert advice to customers and company sales personnel on our products

· Maintain and update company technical information

· Provide technical assistance to customers, resolving issues and offering solutions

· Work with our sales team to provide technical information, assist with proposals and troubleshooting product related concerns

· Provide product training to our Sales Team

· Coordinate engineering services, including maintaining relationships with engineering firms, quoting engineering and tracking engineering sales.

· Spearhead company activity in USGBC, AWCI, CFSEI and SFIA.

· Participate in trade shows

· Coordinate product testing for sound, fire, limiting heights, etc.

· Participate in product development
