A leading property maintenance company seeks an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee Hard FM services across multi-let office properties. We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to bring expertise to the Client multi-let office sector with the overseeing of Hard FM Services Operations by ensuring that our appointed M&E Service Partner deliver effective asset management into M&E and Building Fabric.
This role will have responsibility for technical support for a premium client within JLL’s UK Property and Asset Management / IFM division. The selected assets will be a range of multi-let properties from the office sector.
Key Responsibilities:
The provision of technical and compliance support to the JLL team in general with the following:
We are looking for an individual with a proven solid experience in delivering high quality hard M&E services in a customer focused multi-site environment, and good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation. You will have a robust technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in a trade – Electrical, Mechanical, Gas or F-Gas. Desirable is a BIFM qualification or equivalent, IOSH or NEBOSH certificate and experience in computer PPM management systems (e.g., Concept).
To be successful in this role you will have highly effective management skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Alongside this, you will have excellent attention to detail and promote ownership through to closure.
