Job description

We are looking for an SAP Technical Consultant who is well-versed in delivering consistent, high-quality results to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM). You will contribute to SAP's global strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team. Technical Service Managers play a critical part in helping our customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey and enable them to achieve the business values and outcomes they want from their SAP landscape. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to our customers and partners, analyzing customer business requirements, resolving technical complexities, and supporting their cloud transformation journey.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage in technical and architectural discussions with customers and develop solution roadmaps.
  2. Analyze and implement SAP support methodologies.
  3. Provide comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, methodologies, and tools.
  4. Understand SAP high availability, disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtual technologies.
  5. Own, lead, and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, and process improvements.
  6. Support the operation of technical system landscapes.
  7. Deliver high-quality, stable operations.
  8. Identify top issues, define action plans, and drive resolution processes.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 15+ years of SAP Technical Administration experience with SAP Basis skills and knowledge of SAP solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a remote, dispersed team.
  • Background in SAP solutions, technology, products, and cloud technology.
  • Technical understanding of current cloud technologies and hyperscalers.
  • Experience with SAP HANA.
  • Experience in technical architecture, implementation, and change management.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions and portfolio is an advantage.
